At Boathouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached. Items can be returned either in-store at any of our Canadian locations or via our easy online mail-in process.

Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal to enter your order number and email address to receive a pre-paid shipping label or find your nearest store.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original packaging if possible and include a copy of your packing slip or order confirmation.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any Canada Post location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.
